I am writing in the hope someone in your organization can provide me with information about the date of death, and place of burial of my wife's great aunt. Her maiden name was Ella Malone, and she was born in Monroe County,. Mississippi. In December of 1885, she was married in that county to Jesse D. Sasser. In the 1920 US Census for Terrell County, Georgia, she was living in Sasser, Terrell County, in the household of her daughter, Mrs. A. Eve Bartlett, who is listed as the head of the household, along with Eve's three children , and Eve's mother-in-law. Ella's age at the time of the census is given as 54. An exhaustive search has produced no record of her death or place of burial. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking for information on Jesse A. Horsley, Dawson, GA. He was married to Rosebud Wynn and had 3 daughters, Ethel, Leila and Frankie. He was a Druggist and owned the Dawson Pharmacy. His father also lived in Dawson and died about 1945 or 1946. I believe that the Killen's and Stapleton's were somehow related. My mother was Ethel. I'd very much like to know more of my family's origins.
